As usual...went to work at 7 am today...gonna talk about 2 customers today

First was a lady...pretty friendly..a little chatty...but she was nice...she wanted to go starbucks..but it wasn't open yet so yeah..she told me...she came to deli because of that...i was glad i could make her happy with my service..

and then as i was getting along well with my service line smile...this customer came to the cashier where i was to refill his coffee...as i did...he kept chatting and chatting and chatting...then he left...after awhile he came back to make his payment...he paid by card but since my creditcard machine was down...our conversation continued

Me:Sorry sir,our creditcard machine is down,do you have cash?
Him: I have...but...I don't want to pay by cash.
Me: I'm really sorry sir,but my creditcard machine is taking a long time to recover, we can only accept cash at the moment.
Him:oh,so what you want me to do?sit down for another coffee?
Me:I can get you another refill sir
Him:Don't want lah...I will wait
Me:But it's going to take a long time sir
Him:It's ok,i can stand here mah,can see you.
Me:(Gonna puke then faint....Goodness...his like 40 plus....)
Me:(service smile growing weaker.....)
Him:*wink**wink*
Me:*Wa lau eh!!!* Sorry sir...you give me a second alright..(ran into kitchen and got my dear King Kong out to rescue me)I stayed in the kitchen for quite some time and then went out again...
King Kong:(Stare at me with the..."what's wrong with this tiko man?" look on her face)
Him:Wa...you call your manager to come out and serve me ah?*wink*
Me:(smile......... :x!!! )
(Tiko man leaves....King kong looked at me and asked...he disturb you ah?)
Me:*YAR LAH!!!!*eeee...hair stand!!!!

and then the kitchen staff...Aunty Lim Ai...she asked.."eh...why never call me come out???"

Haha...I should have....Aunty Lim Ai...she has a very creative mind of embarassing this kind of tiko people in public...hehe..
